Euro keeps modest gains despite news that Austrian parliament's finance committee voted against a fast-track vote for funding Europe's bailout facility. Speculation about China continuing to support distressed euro zone economies momentarily contains euro losses, but analysts warn the single currency is more likely to fall than rise from these levels. EUR/USD trades near $1.37, up 0.19%.
