Greece has concluded talks with a troika of international inspectors Monday over further cutbacks the country must make in order to secure fresh aid, according to a statement by the finance ministry.
The ministry said a brief statement on the talks--which are expected to resume Tuesday--will be issued shortly.
The talks--held via a teleconference call with officials from the European Commission, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank--came amid mounting pressure on Greece to adopt new austerity measures to cut its budget deficit.
