Mexico's Peso Weakens Vs US Dollar

Mexico's peso is slightly weaker against the US dollar as Greek debt woes and hopes of US Fed action keep participants on tenterhooks. USD recently quoted in Mexico City at MXN13.1660, according to Infosel,
compared with Monday's MXN13.1225. "The move in MXN is likely overextended, with USDMXN already up 14% from this year's lows. But liquidity continues to work against the peso for the positioning risk in fixed income markets suggesting continued poor price action in the short term," RBS says.
