Treasurys Erase Day's Losses; IMF Warns On Europe

The International Monetary Fund cuts its outlook on global growth, but perhaps more discouraging, says TD Securities interest-rate strategist Richard Gilhooly, is its warning that the situation in Europe could worsen the region's growth potential. It also warned that euro-zone policymakers "must get their act together." "This is part of the mood swings," Gilhooly said, pointing out that investors started off the say encouraged about Greece's funding talks. Benchmark 10-year notes now unchanged in price to yield 1.943% and 30-year bonds down 8/32 to yield 3.205%.
